A 'must have' for any serious aerobatic
pilot who aspires to success from Standard level upwards, this is the
tome that provides the complete rule-base for the Aresti aerobatic
notation system together with the complete and up-to-date set of
maneouvres that can be used either in isolation or where necessary in
combination to construct known, unknown and free sequences for contest
flights at every level. Available separately for both power and glider
pilots (whose base dictionary of maneouvres is fundamentally similar but
quite different in detail) the catalogue used to be cyclically printed
and quite hard to maintain - all of course now made far easier by
the internet, through whose medium either or both flavours of the whole
catalogue can be viewed or completely downloaded without charge from the
CIVA web-site. You'll need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software to be able
to view and print-out the PDF (product data file) format from your PC,
but this too is freely available at the Adobe site referenced below.
