  If time is limited priority will be given to the Masters and 4 Minute Free ahead of the second unknowns.  Points scored at this contest may be used as part of the process to select the International Teams for 2011.
AIRFIELD INFORMATION  
Arrivals and PPR Duxford will be open to receive inbound BAeA traffic at 0930 on Saturday morning. Do NOT call or attempt to land before this time!  PPR is required, so please contact Duxford ATC on Friday 11th for verbal briefing.
Insurance All aircraft to carry at least £1.5m third party liability insurance.
Flight boundaries NO over-flight of the museum at any time. NO flights closer to the museum than the nearside edge of the runway, including during the contest.
Parking and Taxying Pilots must comply with instructions from Duxford staff about where to park and taxi their aircraft. Aircraft should be parked on the grass area to the west of the judging point as shown on the Contest Box Location graphic.
Departures No departures are allowed outside of normal operating hours without prior permission from Duxford.
Air-side entry Official BAeA participants and visitors will need to show BAeA membership cards or official BAeA pass to get onto the airfield. Entry to the airfield will be via the Staff Entrance - this is about 100 metres past the Public Entrance on the main road.  Participants arriving by road should notify Jen Buckenham by 1st June latest of their vehicle registration, names of passengers and intended arrival time

There will be a fee of £20 per pilot for airfield use
