Notes

Update 29th June 2023

Organiser - Steve Todd +44 7973 521209

Martin Sandford has kindly agreed to manage the safety, flying and management of the officials in the role of CD and I will be working closely with SAC and Martin to ensure a smooth contest for you all.

You should note that the box position is very slightly altered from previous events here to allow the judges to achieve proper spacing and for them to operate away from distractions - see the overhead view at top-right of this page.

After consultation with SAC and with the UNL pilots it has been agreed to operate to the same height limits as ADV to achieve safe separation from local traffic.

Revised Briefing Document 10th July

Final details of this event are being finalised. Competitors, please plan to arrive by the evening of Wednesday 19th. If this won't work for you, please contact the CD asap, details as above.

Electronic copies of Advanced and Unlimited Free Known sequences (Aresti or OpenAero, preferably in ".seq" file format) must be received by the closing date, or the default sequence must be flown.
